Review of Filmonic 

Look:
I have grown fond of wordpress templates lately and have started to see some really good layouts come out of the works both premade and modded templates are being used more and more by the everyday user.

But when you come to sites like Movie News and Trailers - Filmonic I must admit I was very impressed. It is very rare to see the full use of the 3 columns, most of the time its full of ad's and only one part for a menu. Filmonic has outdone itself on the use of the columns, in a sense all the ad's have been pushed to one side meaning the reader can choose to look at them if they wish, not be bombarded with ad after ad.

A proper use of tag's has been used on this site meaning you can actually find what you are looking for without having to spend hours at a time looking for what you want, with the colour chosen for the template it works so well with all the pictures used and actually if it wasnt obviously a wordpress site I would actually believe it was a professionally designed site (Im talking about big company sites).

Ease of use:
I am impressed how easy this site is to use, on one hand it looks professional meaning it shouldnt be easy but on the other hand as its a wordpress blog which has had alot of thinking behind it and work done on it to actually please the reader it is unbelieveably easy to use, the transition between content is so smooth even the most basic level internet user can surf the site for hours without having to worry about anything complicated

Content:
Now, I normally comment on how good the content is and if I dont know about the content I also mention that too.. But films are almost my life (outside of the pub and internet) but my good god, the amount of content on this site which is actually fun to read / watch is insane, I have spent about 1 hour so far just watching trailers over and over, reading everything on the site and downloading the posters. If you like your films you will love this site.

I will also say this about the content, after reading it I have noticed whilst it sounds serious (in the sense the writer knows what he is talking about) it is actually fun to read, just little quotes like: As with all movies that involve people being framed, the phrase ‘Somebody’s set me up‘ appears in the trailer

Actually made me laugh and want to read more. If you love movies, go to the site, read and watch... oh and enjoy

Fav. Bits:
The idea that all the films I want to watch have got trailers on this site! What more could you ask for if you love you're films. But with this site I wont spoil the best bits

Over all:
It is so nice to find a site which has used wordpress to its fullest and not over done it, the interface was beautifuly done, the videos have been placed perfectly, its not a eye swore (like my site). I actually love this site lol (Added to fav's and to blog roll - as soon as I finish this review)
